• Child's Social Security Card  |  Tarjeta de seguro social del niño
• Parent's Identification Card  |  Identificación del padre / tutor
• Child's Withdrawl Form  |  Papel de boja escolar del niño

PK3 and PK4 Required Paperwork:

• All 6 of the above requirements  |  Los 6 requisitos anteriores
• Proof of Income  |  Comprobante de ingresos

Computer or electronic Device not working? No need to worry, you can click HERE to schedule an appointment with our Registration Clerk. Select a date and time, then bring your paperwork to campus on your designated appointment to complete your registration.
