Dr. Lisa Hamblen is a graduate of Galena Park High School. She received her Bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University. She received both her Masters and Doctorate degrees from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL
Ms. Karen Bernal is a proud graduate of Galena Park ISD schools. She attended Tice Elementary, Purple Sage Elementary, Cunningham Middle School, and graduated from North Shore Senior High School. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston and her Master’s degree in Education Leadership from University of St. Thomas.

Ms. Katricia Johnson has earned her Bachelor's degree from Angelo State University and Master's degree from Prairie View A&M University.
"It is with great excitement that I introduce myself as Havard's New Assistant Principal. I am truly honored to have the opportunity to work alongside the dedicated staff, supportive parents, and incredible students who make this campus so special. With nine years of experience as an assistant principal, I am deeply committed to fostering a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for all students. I look forward to building strong relationships, supporting academic growth, and contributing to the continued excellence at Havard."
